PRODUCTION PROCESS
How to build a watch winder? Here is the way Zoser makes a watch winder, watch box, jewelry box & glasses box in our professional workshop!
Step 1
Cutting Wood Boards
Based on the product item that client orders, cutting MDF boards or solid wood boards into different shape pieces by the professional machine.
Step 2
Punching Holes
On the certain positions of cut wood pieces, punching holes for watch winder’s controller & watch winder, watch box, jewelry box and glasses box’s hinges.
Step 3
Assembling
Assembling wood pieces with holes to the product shape with the white latex. Fix the shape by rubber rings until it is completely dry.
Step 4
1st Polishing & Undercoat Painting(2 times)
Polishing the wood shape by hand with the professional machine then painting the undercoat on the entire surface, repeat polishing and painting.
Step 5
Sticking Wood-Grained Paper
According to the product’s exterior color the client requests, sticking the wood-grained paper on the wood shape with the special glue.
Step 6
2nd Polishing & Undercoat Painting(2 times)
Polishing the wood shape with the wood-grained paper then painting the undercoat on the cover by hand. When the painting is dry, do it again.
Step 7
Top Painting(4 times)
According to the client’s order, do the topcoat color painting by hand. After dry, polishing and painting again. Repeat the step for 3 more times!
Step 8
Top Polishing
Polishing the painted product wood shape by hand with the professional machine for two times. Make sure it is high gloss painting finished.
Step 9
Installing Hinges
Installing the proper hinges, locks, screws and knobs in the painted and polished watch winder, watch box, jewelry box and glasses box shapes.
Step 10
Installing Interior & Watch Winder Parts
Installing the leather or velvet interior in the product shapes. For watch winders only, installing the motors, controllers, PCB & turntable board.
Step 11
Inspecting
Completely cleaning the entire finished product, then inspecting every detail to ensure the whole product quality meets all our standards.
Step 12
Packing
Packing the qualified watch winder, watch box, jewelry box and glasses box product, with the cleaning-cloth, protection-bag, PE foam, inner box and export carton.
